A business simulation that puts participants in the C-Suite, determining how to best spend their budget and time in support of company change initiatives. The workshop trains participants in the “7 Levers of Change,” highlights the false assumptions that lead to 50% to 80% of company change initiatives failing, and helps develop the strategic and dialogue skills that enable leaders to successfully change the behavior of a whole company.
