Our Services
Every Coaching and Leadership Development client has a unique set of strengths and challenges, and thus every coaching process that we engage in takes a different form. There are certain processes or services that we frequently offer within our approach to coaching, though, and here is a partial list of them:

360 Feedback
Collection of feedback from peers is traditionally "hit or miss" process. We build the feedback process into coaching and support that makes it an integral developmental step for our clients, whether the feedback points towards next steps of refinement for highly successful individuals or helps get the message across to some that there are serious course corrections required. When we facilitate 360 Feedback, the result is measurable improvement. Sometimes this is best achieved by utilizing feedback as a mechanism within a team building or new manager start up process.

Breakthrough Coaching
There are times, especially when the desired result seems impossible or unlikely, that simply deepening skills or improving attitudes is obviously not going to substantively improve the chances of success. At times like this a fundamental change may be needed in how the client perceives the situation, their job, or themselves. Our ability to generate fundamental "paradigm changes" in service of the client's commitment is a core competence that sets us apart from other coaching suppliers.

Team/Peer Coaching
While coaching is primarily a one-to-one process, when an entire team is utilizing a similar coaching process, it can create even deeper results, as the team members support each other and share and build on their learnings.

Style Assessments
It is often invaluable for a client to have objective, standardized input on attitude/behavior/style patterns, and we use various different instruments to provide these assessments, including MBTI, Human Patterns, StrengthsFinder and DiSC.

Developing Your Managers as Coaches
Coaching has gone from a new phenomenon to a core skill of effective leaders and managers. In addition to providing coaching ourselves, we can work with you to deepen the coaching abilities of your own managers or staff.
