Since the teambuilding the managers have certainly come forward and met the performance criteria they committed to during the session. They are speaking up more at meetings and taking accountability for things that happen 'on their watch.' They are definitely walking the talk.

We really had a good test of our new alignment as a team a few weeks ago in a meeting where we needed to discuss stock options. The directors were not only willing to give up options for their own people when somebody else had someone that looked like they really deserved them, but some of them gave up their own personal options for the good of the team. One I have never seen a team handle such an issue so well, so professionally.
